Sea Trout Ceviche Tostadas

We’ve been fishing all summer and freezing fillets. The last of the speckled sea trout was used for ceviche on corn tortillas fried up to make crispy tostadas. Using a mix of tomatoes, green bell peppers, onions, cilantro, lime juice, and Thai chili for that Hmong-Cali-Mexi flavor. 🔥🔥
