Pork Curry Noodle Soup

Spicy pork curry noodle soup with tofu, red cabbage, green onions, cilantro and red onions for garnish. I helped my family butcher this pig from Moua Farm and I carved the loin out (among other parts) in the processing of the carcass. Every piece of the animal is used in making cultural dishes when an animal is sacrificed. Thank you for this food. 🙏
